App Design — Badger Badge Collector

Transforming Web3 decentralized identity (DID) technology into a two-way interactive platform that enables users to initiate, participate in, and permanently commemorate "experiential challenges."

Project Background & My Role

BadgeVibe is a project I participated in internally at Turing Space.

The initial goal was: to apply the company's core Decentralized Identifier (DID) technology to the experience economy and community interaction in the consumer market.

Badger is not merely a badge collection tool — it is a two-way interactive platform. Anyone can launch an experiential challenge (e.g., discover hidden urban gems, complete a skill-based learning task), while other users can join the challenge and, upon completion, receive a unique digital badge as proof of achievement.

As this project approached its Beta testing phase, I served as the UI/UX Designer, responsible for planning and designing user flows and UI interfaces.

Design Goals

• For "Initiators": Design a minimal, modular challenge-creation flow that allows anyone to easily publish a complete experience — including location, tasks, and badge rewards.
• For "Participants": Design a challenge participation flow filled with a sense of exploration and gamification, culminating in a rewarding badge-acquisition experience upon completion.
• For "the Platform": Build a healthy ecosystem that fosters two-way interaction and drives a positive cycle of community-generated content.
